Principal Activities

The Justice in Mexico Project has five major tasks:

A. To generate and distribute new research on rule of law related topics through an annual call for papers;
B. To produce and disseminate new research on criminal law and legislative reforms on penal codes at the sub-national level. For this assignment, the Justice in Mexico Project has a collaborative partnership with the Centro de Investigación para el Desarrollo, AC (CIDAC) known as Red de Justicia.
C. To finance and distribute publications specialized on the analysis of justice reform alternatives and focused on the evaluation of the rule of law in Mexico
D. To sponsor and organize seminars, conferences and events to promote a constructive dialogue on rule of law related topics.
E. To generate and organize relevant data on rule of law indicators in Mexico.
